Debugging method

1.1 將中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線輕置于安裝位,正確擺放生產(chǎn)線各段的位置次序.

1.2 機(jī)身調(diào)平.調(diào)整機(jī)器底座上調(diào)平螺栓高度,使傳送輥、支撐尼龍輪支撐面等高,斜架上的背靠輪共面,各段相對平行,然后鎖緊螺母.

1.2 Machine body leveling. Adjust the height of the leveling bolts on the machine base to ensure that the conveyor roller and supporting nylon wheel support surface are at the same height, and the back wheels on the inclined frame are coplanar, with each section relatively parallel.
